MONDAY - Ratatouille chicken - eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini - with barley pilaf.
TUESDAY - Tandoori chicken with cucumber raita & cardamom rice.
WEDNESDAY - Chicken Milanese with caper tomato wine sauce, scalloped potatoes.
THURSDAY - Green curry chicken & butternut squash, served with basmati rice.
FRIDAY - Chicken cacciatore - tomatoes, mushrooms & olives - over polenta.
SATURDAY - Mystery special, buttermilk fried chicken, turkey meatloaf.

EVERY DAY - Hot chickens (adobe, lemon-garlic, and teriyaki) starting at 11 am. Soups, casseroles, and other frozen dishes in our freezer.
